2. Hosting and server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider hosting.de GmbH automatically stores technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, and browser type and operating system (user agent).
Purpose: secure operation and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website. Log files are deleted after 14 days.
3. No external requests
Fonts, stylesheets, scripts, icons and images on this site are served from our own domain. Browsing this site makes no requests to Google Fonts, CDNs or other third parties.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Once you log in, the backend sets one session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) that keeps you logged in for 30 days at most. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and a consent banner will be added if the law requires one.
5. Login with third-party providers
The login buttons start the provider authentication flow in a popup window. When you log in, we receive your account ID and username from the provider to link your account to your servers.
Purpose for each provider below: verify your account and link it to your servers. Legal basis: your consent in the provider flow (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Login sessions last 30 days at most.

You can review and revoke access at any time in your Google security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
6. Discord alert settings
When you configure notifications, we store: Discord server ID, channel ID, role ID to ping, tracked streamer or channel handles, and your message templates.
Purpose: sending the notifications you configured. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is kept for [ALERT DATA RETENTION PERIOD]. Removing the bot from your server deletes the link, and the stored settings are deleted within that period at the latest.
7. Spotify overlay
If you connect Spotify for the now playing overlay, we read the currently playing track (title, artist, playback position) to render your overlay. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Access tokens are stored only while the connection is active and are kept for [SPOTIFY DATA RETENTION PERIOD] at most. Disconnecting removes the token. You can also revoke access in your Spotify account settings.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Our hosting provider hosting.de GmbH processes data on our behalf. Using login or connected accounts transmits data to the respective provider (Twitch, Discord, Kick, Google, Spotify). Some providers are based outside the EU or EEA, for example in the United States or Australia. Details are in each provider privacy policy linked in section 5. We sell no personal data and share it with no one else.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen: https://lfd.niedersachsen.de
