By adding GetPingd to your Discord server or using our dashboard at getpingd.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please remove the bot and stop using our services.
GetPingd is a Discord bot that monitors content creators on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Instagram, and delivers notifications to Discord channels when creators go live, upload content, or post.

GetPingd requires certain Discord permissions to function, including the ability to send messages and embeds in designated channels. You are responsible for configuring these permissions correctly in your server.
GetPingd accesses publicly available data from third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content or policies of these platforms.
We strive to keep GetPingd running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Notifications may be delayed or missed due to API outages, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
GetPingd is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPingd and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
