TL;DR: We only store what's necessary to run the bot. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and you can request deletion at any time.

1. What We Collect

When you log in via Discord OAuth2, we store:

Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL
A temporary OAuth access token (used to fetch your servers)

When you configure subscriptions, we store:

The Discord server (guild) ID
The Discord channel ID you select for notifications
The creator username and platform you subscribe to

We also keep a notification log per server including delivery timestamps and status (sent/failed).

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not read your Discord messages
We do not store your email address
We do not use analytics cookies or tracking scripts
We do not sell data to advertisers

3. How We Use Your Data

Solely to authenticate you, deliver notifications to Discord channels you configure, and display your server's history in the dashboard.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in a private database on a secure server. We use HTTPS for all connections. Session tokens are cryptographically signed and expire after 7 days.

5. Third-Party Services

GetPingd interacts with the following APIs to monitor public creator activity: Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram. We only access publicly available data and do not store content beyond notification metadata (e.g. stream title).

6. Discord

GetPingd uses Discord's OAuth2 system. By logging in, you are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Deletion

You can request full deletion of your account data at any time — user record, subscriptions, and notification logs. Contact us via [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
