Solely to authenticate you, deliver notifications to Discord channels you configure, and display your server's history in the dashboard.
All data is stored in a private database on a secure server. We use HTTPS for all connections. Session tokens are cryptographically signed and expire after 7 days.
GetPingd interacts with the following APIs to monitor public creator activity: Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram. We only access publicly available data and do not store content beyond notification metadata (e.g. stream title).
GetPingd uses Discord's OAuth2 system. By logging in, you are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
You can request full deletion of your account data at any time — user record, subscriptions, and notification logs. Contact us via [email protected].
